User Engagement Information Developer - Cork

What we need:

A creative and well-articulated User Engagement Specialist / Information Developer that will work with all the internal and external stakeholders in order to produce content and design engagement campaigns that facilitates users’ interaction and understanding of our products. The ideal candidate would have proven experience working with both internal and external teams in order to produce content for diverse mediums.

Key Duties:

  • Developing relationships and liaising with software developers, product managers, UX designers, support and implementation teams
  • Helping to document and communicate the product strategy, portfolio & roadmap
  • Supporting UX in the gathering and analysis of data regarding engagement
  • Helping to write requirements, release notes and roll-out of support material to partners and to internal customer success and services teams
  • Contributing to product launches with training material, help/FAQs, product promotion and sales support materials


Required Experience & Education:

  • Qualification in software engineering, interactive media, technical writing or a related discipline
  • At least one years’ experience in a similar role creating written and online content for technology product user engagement

Technical Expertise:


  • Experience using software such as Oxygen, InDesign, and FrameMaker
  • Experience with agile processes.


  • Involvement in internal performance improvement projects

  • Organised, good attention to detail, and able to work both independently and with a team
  • Rights to live and work in Ireland
