In order to ensure safety of staff, families, suppliers and clients Akari Software has activated elements of the Business Continuity Plan and home working. If you are a client you will already have been informed.

There should be no impact on any existing customer contact point – our support portals, emails and telephone numbers remain unchanged. At the same time, we are restricting business travel to essential travel only. These policies will be reviewed on a weekly basis and any updates communicated to all stakeholders by close of business each Thursday, Irish time.

Our system architecture is highly distributed being deployed in AWS data centres worldwide in order to ensure redundancy in the event of one region going offline. 

Akari Software is committed to the continuity of all our services and partnering with our customers to support the health and well-being of their people throughout this period of escalated concern and on an ongoing basis.
